Our world has changed: media, communication, products, the way we produce things, tools, … nothing is like 10 years ago — but most workplaces remain working with structures that “manage projects” and “allocate human resources” in a way that worked before the world became as digital and connected as it is today. And guess what? People are burning out and becoming more and more unhappy although they really like their jobs and work for great companies.
